The personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

To be more precise, we do not require the users of our applications to get registered before downloading the application, nor do we keep track of the consumer’s visits of our application.

Android Device ID : To maintain some unique user activities we use unique android device id to identify unique user while they like or dislike poster.

Name and Email : If users have any query/issue then we take their name and email with a query message so that we can revert back to them with a valid solution on this email, and we don't share and use this data for any other purpose.

We do not share your information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Graphics Design Maker Tools & its partner companies.

Photo library content (unless you manually select photos)

Mobile Number Collection

When you sign up for an account, we require your mobile number to verify your identity, create your account, and secure access to your profile.

Your mobile number is used for:

Account verification
Preventing unauthorized access
Restoring your account if needed
Providing customer support

We do not use your mobile number for marketing messages or share it with third parties for promotional purposes.

Your mobile number is stored securely and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

Provide the App’s services

Delete Account Option

You may delete your account anytime:

Delete Account

When you delete your account:

All your data is removed permanently and immediately
Recovery is not possible once deleted

Separate Accounts for Android and iOS

The App maintains separate and independent account systems for Android and iOS platforms. A user account created on Android cannot be used to log in on iOS, and an account created on iOS cannot be used to log in on Android.

You understand and agree that:

Your account, saved designs, templates, purchases, subscriptions, and settings are not transferable between Android and iOS.
Cross-platform login is not supported and will not be provided.
If you switch platforms, you must create a new account on the new platform.
Any data, purchases, or content associated with your previous platform will not carry over.

By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these platform limitations.

Referral Program Terms (If Applicable)

1. EASY steps to Refer and get Rewarded

Click on “Refer Now” Button & share your invite link on Social Media. Ask your friend to click on the invite and Install App to Earn Referral Point.

2.Referral Benefit:

Subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Referral Program, the following shall be the referral benefits:

When your friend registers on the app, you receive upto 50 Points, and your friend receives upto 50 point. as a Referral Point
1 Points = Rs.1
You can use Referral Points while purchasing Premium Packages only within Festival Post app.
No cash withdrawal

3.Terms For Refer & Earn Program

Your friend must not have registered with us before.
The phone number or email id which your friend will use to sign up shouldn’t have been used earlier for festival post app.
Festival Post App should not be installed using App runtime for Chrome, emulators or simulators.
If your friend uses someone else’s referral code, the person whose referral code is used will get the benefits even if you had referred him/her first.
Points earned from Refer & Earn will be credited to User Wallet as Referral Point” only.
Points can neither be exchanged nor be transferred.
Only registered users can use Points.
Festival Post App reserves all rights to change the point to amounts conferred under Refer and Earn program at any point in time.
Festival Post App may suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn program or any user’s ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason at their discretion.
Points earned as a result of fraudulent activities will be revoked and deemed invalid.
Festival Post reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions section.
Festival Post cannot accept responsibility for any printing or typographical errors found in promotional materials, nor for any lost or misdirected transactions, those that fail to enter the processing system, or those that are processed, reported, or transmitted late or inaccurately due to various reasons. These reasons may include computer malfunctions, telephone issues, paper transfer mishaps, mail system hiccups, human errors, and other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, Festival Post will not be liable for any electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunctions or errors, including the inability to access the Festival Post website, App, or conduct transactions therein.
The following persons shall not be entitled to participate in this Referral Program: – Festival Post associates including the dealers, advertising agencies and their employees; – Anyone who may be involved with the promotion such as content partners, Influencer, vendors, agencies, etc.;

In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

Our app Flyer Maker, Poster Maker includes optional Google Play In-App Purchases (“IAPs”). Users may purchase premium features, remove ads, or access additional content directly through the Google Play Billing system.

Information Collected Through In-App Purchases

When you make a purchase, Google Play may share limited transaction information with us, such as:

Purchase status (success/failure)
Order ID (token only — not the full order number)
Product purchased (SKU)
Purchase time

We do NOT receive or store any of the following:

Credit/debit card details
UPI information
Google account password
Full payment details

All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing, and your financial information never passes through our servers.

How We Use Purchase Information

We use transaction data to:

Activate your purchased features
Restore previous purchases
Validate subscription or purchase status
Detect fraud or unauthorized transactions
Provide support related to purchases

We do not sell, rent, or share your purchase information with any third party.

Subscription / Auto-Renewal

Some features may be available through recurring subscription plans. Subscriptions are:

Auto-renewed by Google Play
Managed via your Google Play Account
Can be canceled anytime through Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions

We do not manage cancellations or refunds internally. All billing-related requests are handled by Google Play.

Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are processed by Google Play, not directly by us.

Users may request a refund through:

Google Play → Order History → Request Refund.

We can only validate purchase tokens and assist with technical issues.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Usage of Permissions

We ask for few permissions like read/write external storage just for storing data and using it for serving data offline and storing images that you request to save.

Camera Access : User can take photo and use it to design flyers and posters.

Query All Packages: While sharing flyers or posters on social media we check if the user's selected app is installed or not for user's convenience.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not allow VPN Network based access of our service. User who change network by using VPN we are not allow this user to use our online service for ready made photos,sticker,background etc. and we give alert warning to stop using VPN network for our online service otherwise user can not able to use our online service and have to use app only offline. To prevent fraudulent, criminal or other unauthorized activity we disallow VPN based access to our service.

We rely on Google Play Billing — an industry-standard secure system — for all payment processing. No sensitive payment information is stored or accessed by us.

Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 12.

We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

In-app purchases are only available to users eligible under Google Play’s policies.

If a child makes an unintended purchase, parents may request a refund via Google Play support.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes will be posted in the App and updated with a new “Last Updated” date.
