We do not require users to register before downloading the App, nor do we track users’ visits outside the App.

  • Profile Photo

  • Business Name
  • Business Logo
  • Business Details (address, website, tagline, social links)

The App can be used without providing optional business information.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

  • Device type & model
  • Operating system version
  • App version
  • Usage analytics (e.g., features used, crash reports)
  • General location (city/state based on IP; not GPS)

This data is anonymous and used to improve performance and stability.

Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Passwords (Apple/Google)
  • Contacts
  • Photo library content (unless you manually select photos)
  • Precise GPS location
  • Payment card information
  • Sensitive personal data (religion, biometrics, health, etc.)

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Usage of Permissions

The App may request permissions such as reading/writing to the photo library. These permissions are used only to store images, save your designs, and support offline viewing of saved content.

Separate Accounts for Android and iOS

The App maintains separate and independent account systems for Android and iOS platforms. A user account created on Android cannot be used to log in on iOS, and an account created on iOS cannot be used to log in on Android.

You understand and agree that:

  • Your account, saved designs, templates, purchases, subscriptions, and settings are not transferable between Android and iOS.
  • Cross-platform login is not supported and will not be provided.
  • If you switch platforms, you must create a new account on the new platform.
  • Any data, purchases, or content associated with your previous platform will not carry over.

By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these platform limitations.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the App’s services
  • Comply with legal obligations

Delete Account Option

You may delete your account anytime:

  1. Settings ⚙️ (top-left corner)
  2. Delete Account

When you delete your account:

  • All your data is removed permanently and immediately
  • Recovery is not possible once deleted

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app We collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

The App may contain links to external websites or content.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;
  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
